I know how you feel about the incompleteness and looking for remedies to feel better. I'm experimenting with some herbs to help with the PCOS. Currently--multivitamin, B-Complex vitamin, 650mg of Inositol, 500mg Borage Oil, 1000mcg Chromium Picolinate. We shall see. Oh, and I took Blue Cohosh for 2 days and it started a period, so that was interesting. It was actually within a time frame to make a normal cycle. Next I'm gonna try some Prenatal vitamins just to thicken my hair. I'll let you know how it goes.
